We’re Hiring!

We’re looking for a community focused, capable and enthusiastic Community Programme Coordinator to join us at Black Country Touring, to lead on the delivery of our Community Cinema Programme.

The Community Programme Coordinator (Cinema) will be responsible for reaching audiences in the Black Country who do not have the opportunity to experience a diverse range of high-quality films in their local areas. They will programme films for the existing cinema clubs of the Community Cinema project and set up new cinema clubs.

They will also play a supporting role in delivering an exciting and varied programme of live theatre and dance events across community venues in the Black Country.

Salary: £27,172 FTE (£16,313 actual)
Contract: Two year fixed term contract
Hours: 22.5 hours per week (3 days per week/0.6 FTE, with a flexible approach to working hours)
Pension: Employer contribution of 3% of salary
Holiday: 16.8 days per annum, plus statutory public holidays and your birthday
Start Date: April/May 2024 (depending on notice period)
Location: Black Country Touring, Thimblemill Library, Thimblemill Road, Smethwick, B67 5RJ
